FOEM 2003 - 2015

FOEM was an international online community of music producers. We started everything as a netlabel project in 2003, and it grew into so many directions during the years. The forum and the blog magazine for new music releases are offline now. When the project fell asleep, we had more than 350.000 downloads of our free FOEM/Electronic Youth CD Compilations and our FOEM/Crèma EPs, all produced by the community. We organized more than 80 remix competitions to lift hundreds of winners into record deals with respected labels. About 35.000 artists from almost 100 countries joined the community. Countless friendships were made. During the years, the priorities of many of the FOEM crew members changed, families were founded, professional careers were built, lives wanted to be lived. The project went into final Dornröschen mode in winter 2015. We thank everybody who was part of it. It's been so much fun!
