Win a DJ set at Alchemy Festival, Italy
So you’ve been making your own tracks for a while and your DJ game is tight. But the gigs aren’t flowing and the promoters of the world aren’t clambering to sign you. Let Mauro Picotto step in and help. He teamed up with Mixmag to host a competition that will see you flown to Italy to play at Mauro’s own festival, Alchemy, while your winning tune gets signed to his label. Runners up also have reasons to be happy as they can still see their music being used on a future Picotto compilation. Alchemy Festival, named after Picotto's Alchemy Records label, was established last year in Cavour, Mauro’s home town. ”Cavour is a magical place” says Mauro ”and I am really looking forward to putting on a real show with quality music that is fresh and new.” Mauro is one DJ short and has space for a techno/tech house producer. To enter this comp just upload up to two of your own tracks to the main SoundCloud drop box of Alchemy Festival. For more details, check below and access Mixmag.net or their Facebook page. |

Maximum 2 tracks per artist please.
| Style | : | Best is if you let your personality and sound shine through your submission. Originality and music quality will be decisive in choosing the winning tracks.
| Prizes
| : | THE GRAND WINNER will be invited to play live at the Alchemy Festival 2012 in Cavour. The return flight to Turin, Italy as well as the accommodation will be covered by Alchemy Records. Additionally, the winning remix will be released on Alchemy Records and if that’s not enough, SoundCloud and Headliner.fm will throw in premium memberships to the winning package.
| | | | RUNNER UPS - An additional number of tracks will be released by Alchemy Records, on the official compilation of the festival. However, the exact number of tracks to be released remains to be decided by Mauro and Alchemy Records depending on th quality of the submissions. The runner ups will also be rewarded with Lite upgrades for their personal SoundCloud accounts.
All the winners will get full international support from Mauro and his label, Alchemy Records. | | | |

Master your track but keep a raw version so Alchemy can do its own master.
